- I developed a plan for creating a capital group from three independent entities. After establishing the group and the holding company, I took the position of CFO. My task was to implement changes in the merged organizations - digitalization of finance and project budgeting, introduction of document workflow, organization of accounting, development of accounting policies, introduction of controlling, cash management, organization and description of business processes, introduction of partial budgeting and BI reporting, and consolidation of the group's financing in a single banking institution with an appropriate offer and its level. I achieved these goals within the next year, after which I focused on implementing my concept of process digitalization based on a localized open-source ERP system, whose absence in the organization prevented efficient management.
